Union Square, Swindon 

Located in Swindon town centre, this project delivered a seven storey Assisted Living residential block, comprising of 45 apartments, constructed to achieve Level 3 Code for Sustainable Homes standard.   JJ was awarded the drylining and carpentry package by John Sisk Contractors which was completed in 2002

This was the first phase of a multi-million pound regeneration scheme in the heart of Swindon.
The scheme further reinforced our relationship with Muse Developments, following on from our success at Rathbone Market.
